Refund policy
We hope you love everything from The Collected Boutique, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help.
Full Refund Window:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping). Once you start your return, you’ll have another 7 days to ship it back.
After 7 Days:
Returns started after the 7-day window will be eligible for store credit only.
Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
How to Start a Return:
Email forthecollected@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note letting us know you’d like to start a return. We’ll take it from there.
Final Sale Items:
All sale items, including promotional or holiday sales, discount codes, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If Something’s Not Right:
Mistakes happen, and we want to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. If the issue is on our end, we will take care of it right away.
